1. Overview & Core Philosophy
At Flousense, your financial privacy is our absolute priority. Flousense is built from the ground up as an Offline-First, Zero-Tracking application.
We do not operate external user database servers, we do not require account creation, and we do not collect, monetize, or transmit your personal or financial data to any third party.
2. No Account Required & Free Usage
You can use Flousense completely free without registering an account, providing an email address, or logging in. There are no mandatory sign-ups, subscriptions, or hidden charges.
3. Local Data Storage & Encryption
All financial records, accounts, category breakdown, savings goals, and budget plans created within Flousense are stored strictly on your local device using an encrypted local SQLite database.
- Your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly perform a manual backup.
- We have zero technical access to your local financial records.
4. Optional Cloud Backup (iCloud & Google Drive)
Flousense offers optional backup features allowing you to sync data to your personal cloud accounts:
- Apple iCloud / Google Drive: Transfers occur directly between your mobile device and your personal cloud account. Flousense servers or third parties never touch or store these backup files.
5. Device Permissions
Flousense requests minimal device permissions strictly necessary for app functionality:
- Camera & Media Library: Used only if you attach receipt photos or documents to transactions. Attachment files remain stored locally on your device.
- Biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID): Used exclusively to lock/unlock the local app UI. Biometric data is processed solely by your device OS hardware and is never accessible by Flousense.
6. Zero Analytics & Zero Ads
Flousense contains no advertising SDKs, no user tracking frameworks, and no third-party telemetry. We do not track your behavior, location, or usage patterns.
7. Data Deletion & Ownership
You own 100% of your data. You can delete all application data at any time by navigating to Settings > Clear All Data inside the app, or simply by uninstalling the application from your device.
